If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges to original unused items within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returns must have no visible signs of wear or use. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
All customized or personalized item sales are final and non-returnable.
Items returned to the seller as undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order, unless that package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
Event attendee/organizer cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled by the organizer all attendee charges will be refunded to the attendee via their payment method as soon as possible. Event organizers will be responsible for all associated chargebacks and transaction fees associated with event cancellations.
